What's the minimum order to qualify for wholesale tier pricing?
We start tier pricing at $5,000 per order or 5+ units. Smaller orders are welcome but priced at retail. The $10K+ tier unlocks priority bidding allocation and direct founder contact.
Which brands and categories do you cover?
Primary focus: Hermès, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Dior, Goyard, Celine handbags. Also Rolex/Patek watches, jewellery (Cartier, Van Cleef), and rare collectibles. All authenticated by Japanese professional resellers before listing.
Are items new, used, or vintage?
Predominantly pre-owned in S–A rank condition (Japanese grading scale). Some new-with-tags and vintage. Every listing carries an itemised condition report.
How does payment and shipping work for resellers?
Bank transfer (Wise recommended for $10K+ orders) or major credit cards via Stripe. Shipping is DHL or FedEx, fully insured, 3–7 days to most destinations. EU shipments routed for 0% duty with VAT refund documentation.
Can I scale to 100+ units per month?
Yes. Top accounts receive dedicated bidding capacity and first-look on closed-auction lots. Tell us your target volume in the application — we'll structure pricing and bidding capacity accordingly.
Do you handle photography for resale on my platform?
Studio photography and condition documentation are available as an add-on service for resellers shipping to Whatnot, Live shopping, or boutique inventory. Ask in your application.
